family (custom portrait)

Let’s work together to create a custom portrait unique to your family! This listing is for a detailed family portrait with a colourful background scenery.

You can let me know if you want your family drawn in nature, on the beach, in the garden, in the living room, in the kitchen… or wherever you choose! Adding handwritten text or a colourful banner is also an option.

I can draw a replica of a photograph or you can send me several photos with an idea of a scene for me to make up. It’s up to you!

Choose between receiving a digital JPEG version of the drawing to print at home, or having a JPEG and the original artwork sent to your address.

how it works

1. After completing purchase, please contact me to discuss your portrait. Let me know what you want drawn and include a couple of photos. Feel free to share any details you would like to include. Things like outfits, special jewellery, favourite toy/book… this makes a drawing that is unique to you.
2. I make a rough sketch of the drawing and send it to you for your approval. You can let me know if you want any details changed. Please specify if you have specific colours in mind for the final version.
3. Once approved, I make the final coloured version and create a JPEG file. You can print the drawing at home or through a professional printing service. If you opted to receive the original artwork, I will update you with a tracking number once it is shipped.

special notes

• please note that the illustration is created using traditional techniques (markers and pens) – small flaws may occur!
• while creating custom portraits, I like to share the drawing process and final illustrations on my social media platforms. If you wish to keep your drawing private, please message me so that I know not to share!
• custom portraits are for personal use only! Feel free to share your drawing on social media, but please don’t reuse the image to sell products/services.
• custom portraits also make a great gift for friends or family. Surprise them with a custom portrait already finished or offer them a voucher so that they can create their own.
